Madeline Vinson, Founder
With over three years of hands-on experience in property management operations, Madeline played a key role in building and scaling FIG Property Management alongside her family. She helped grow the company from managing 250 doors to over 1,000, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges Property Managers face in their day-to-day operations.
As FIG’s Account Manager, she led a full operational restructure—optimizing workflows, enhancing team communication, and training new hires on systems designed to support the company’s rapid growth. This experience highlighted the transformative power of well-designed processes and revealed a recurring issue in the industry: many Property Managers invest in tools they never fully learn to use.
In 2024, Madeline launched Process Architect to help property management companies across the country streamline operations, improve team buy-in, and drive measurable performance improvements. Her passion lies in building systems that empower teams to thrive, reduce overwhelm, and run smoother, more scalable businesses.
When she’s not deep in workflows or consulting with clients, you’ll find her traveling with her husband, managing real estate investments, or enjoying Disney movies with her dog and two cats. Whether working from home or a cozy coffee shop, she’s always focused on helping others do their best work.

Saul Coronado, Project Support Specialist
As Project Support Specialist at Process Architect, Saul helps property management teams streamline their operations by building clear, efficient processes in LeadSimple and automating their daily tasks. With five years in the property management industry, he brings both practical experience and a natural curiosity for tech and systems that make life easier for teams.
Saul was drawn to property management for its fast-paced, ever-changing nature—but it was his logical mindset and love for problem-solving that led him into the world of operations. One of his proudest achievements was helping a company make the leap from paper applications to fully digital workflows, saving time and reducing friction across the board.
He strives to bring structure and clarity to each project, always aiming to simplify the complex and give clients back time to focus on what really matters. Whether he’s mapping out automation or building step-by-step workflows, Saul approaches each task with intention and care.
Outside of work, he enjoys all things tech, movies, and video games—but he’s also outdoorsy at heart. Hiking, rock climbing, swimming, and boxing are all passions of his. And most importantly, Saul recently became a father—an experience that’s completely reshaped his priorities and deepened his appreciation for our mission of giving teams their time back.

Jade Blair, Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant at Process Architect, Jade helps oversee internal systems, supporting client onboarding, and works hard to ensure that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. She joined the team in January 2025.
Jade brings over six years of experience in customer relations, having worked across various industries where she honed her skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving. Her ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful solutions has made her an invaluable asset to the team. Passionate about helping others, Jade is not only a professional but a dedicated member of her community, always striving to make a positive impact.
In her role at Process Architect, Jade strives for steady presence, clear communication, and anticipating needs before they arise. She works diligently to ensure that all internal operations run smoothly, and that the team and clients experience a seamless, collaborative partnership.
Outside of her work at Process Architect, Jade enjoys exploring Tennessee with her husband, diving into her lifestyle photography business, and spending quality time with her family.
